Techcenter and Designtool<\/h1>\n

To conduct precise feasibility studies and analyses, we have a fully equipped tech center for testing granule handling and pneumatic transport. In the tech center, we have the capability to examine challenging materials and perform transport tests, moisture analyses, and calculations. Based on these tests, we can develop a solution that meets your specific requirements and needs. You also have the opportunity to visit our tech center to see the solution we present.<\/p>\n

Calculations with Centramec DesignTool<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To create efficient and competitive comprehensive solutions tailored specifically to your conditions, we have developed the Centramec DesignTool over several years. With this tool, we can calculate and design pneumatic transport solutions. When designing such a system, it is crucial to use the correct pipe diameter, airflow, and filter surface area relative to the desired capacity (kg\/h) and transport distance. A lower transport speed results in less wear on the plastic granulate, which extends the lifespan of the equipment and reduces energy consumption.<\/p>\n

Transport Tests<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The test facility has a length of 150 meters, during which we record data from the entire system during testing. This data is processed in our design tool, where system calculations are performed. The final results are displayed in a diagram that we then input into our dimensioning software for the plant. With precise testing in our tech center, we can ensure that the material is transported in the correct amount and that quality is maintained.<\/p>\n

Moisture Analysis and Drying Tests<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The tech center also has equipment for conducting moisture analyses. We measure the moisture content in the granulate using a HydroTracer. We also perform drying tests where we can simulate drying times and temperatures. The collected data is then presented via logs and diagrams.
