Centramec delivers complete solutions for material handling. In order to create efficient and competitive complete solutions that are tailored specifically for you, we have spent several years developing a Design Tool. We can use our Design Tool to calculate and design pneumatic conveying solutions. When designing a pneumatic conveying system, it is absolutely vital to use the correct pipe diameter, correct air flow and filter surface in relation to the desired capacity (kg/h) and conveying distance. A lower conveying speed means less wear on the plastic granules, which means that equipment lasts longer and you save energy.

Solutions tested and adapted to you

In combination with our TechCenter, our design tool enables us to perform lots of tests on a variety of bulk materials. This allows us to design a solution that is fully tailored to you. The test facility has a length of 150 metres, where we read data from the entire system during the test. The data is processed in our Design Tool, where the system calculations takes place. The final result is presented in a diagram that our installers then use during installation.
